1. Using extra.pics
extra.pics turns product links and uploaded photos into AI-generated product images and creatives. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.
Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, disrupt the service or generate unlawful, abusive or rights-infringing content. We may restrict access for misuse.
2. Your content and permissions
Only submit product links, photos, logos and other content you own or have permission to use. You remain responsible for the rights to your inputs and for how you use the generated results.
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give extra.pics permission to process, store and share that content with service providers as needed to generate and deliver your creations. Use of your information is described in our Privacy policy.
3. AI-generated results
AI-generated images can contain mistakes, including changes to product details, labels, logos or advertising text. Review every result against the original before publishing it. You are responsible for ensuring that your images and claims are accurate and suitable for their intended use.
Results may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that they qualify for copyright protection or are free of third-party rights. Storefront and campaign examples on this site are demonstrations, not products sold by extra.pics.
4. Free previews, subscriptions and credits
Free previews include an extra.pics watermark and expire 24 hours after completion unless saved to an account. Paid plans provide credits and full-size, watermark-free downloads according to the plan shown at checkout.
One generated image costs 10 credits. Regeneration uses additional credits; permanently failed images release their reserved credits. Subscription credits reset monthly, including on annual plans, and do not roll over.
Stripe handles payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan changes take effect at the next billing renewal. The price and billing interval shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep extra.pics available, but generation can fail and access may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or changes to product websites. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular creative or commercial outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and extra.pics is not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Account closure, changes and contact
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account in account settings. Download any images you want to keep before deleting your account.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Updated terms will appear here with a revised date, and material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
